Business Development ManagerInterResolve is the neutral and independent body that runs the UK’s only comprehensive mediation scheme for injury claims. We have a unique and market-changing offering in the motor injury claims market that provides an ethical alternative to both the existing vehicle credit hire and injury claims processes, saving vast claims costs for insurers.
We are embarking on a well funded, rapid growth plan and are seeking Business Development Managers, nationwide, to drive the achievement of our plans.

Main responsibilities:
• To grow InterResolve business within the Insurance Broker, Claims Management and Automotive markets, in a defined area, through:
- New business activity
- Management & development of existing relationships
- Supporting key trading partner activity
• To achieve sales targets, and disciplines, as set by the National Sales Manager
• To contribute towards delivering the National
sales teams budgeted targets
• To negotiate and agree new trading agreements without exceeding level of authority
• To professionally promote all InterResolve products and services
• To provide training and coaching to business partners, as required
• To support key account activity
• To maintain and update referrer, and market, database
• Area planning
• Reporting
• Provide feedback on competitor activity
• Provide customer feedback
• To develop, and maintain, personal commercial and legislative awareness
• To maintain communication channels with internal departments

• Experience of selling into insurance broker, automotive and claims management markets

• Preferred knowledge of the UK claims market, to include personal injury and credit hire sectors
• Preferred experience of selling insurance related products

Remuneration:
• Competitive basic salary

£50,000 OTE

It’s a network of independent small businesses set up as local ‘one stop shops’ to meet all the technology and communications needs of other small businesses in the local area. BT Local Business comes under the BT Business division of BT Group. BT Business is responsible for selling IT and communication solutions to small to medium sized companies.

Within this, the BT Local Businesses tend to focus on smaller companies, typically those with less than 50 employees.

We are interested in hearing from people who

• Have the drive, determination, and desire to build their own business

• Have the ability to deliver excellent sales performance within the business and there staff

• Can present and deliver on a business plan that will determine the successful licensees

BT will provide:

• Training and support for the business and staff members

• Leads of relevant businesses in your catchment area

• Fulfillment of customer orders meaning the business will just have to sell into, up sell and account manage their target businesses.

You will be investing in a Licence and it is imperative that you have access to £150k for this purpose. But your profit will be substantial once established
