GloRec-Conferences designs, organises, manages and operates conferences, events, seminars, dinners and awards ceremonies for client companies throughout Europe. It designs the assignments for companies and businesses of all sectors and more importantly; all sizes. We will tailor our rates and the event assignments to suit small cottage industries, right up to the major conglomerates. But there is one major common aspect and that is the fact that irrespective of the fees and assignment, we will devote as much total care to the smallest of event as we will to the largest. 

GloRec-Conferences will also price and manage the ticket sales and will allow event ticket purchasers to buy tickets on-line by credit cards, debit cards, various other types of cards, PayPal, advance cheques on invoice, secured cash 'at door' and so on.

We will also design an on-line website bespoke to your event that can be used for publicity as well as ticket purchases and we will design and print all publishable flyers, advertisements, posters, etc.

In addition, we will liase with specifically chosen media publications, TV channels and radio stations for the production of further advertising and publicity and will work closely with them to produce the most effective advertising that will achieve results.

Another crucial yet fundemental aspect is venue choice. Based on your chosen geographic location for your event, we will source the very best and most appropriate venue for the type of event being planned (within budget parameters), ensure that all the meeting/function/exhibition rooms that are required are up to the high standard that we require for our clients, ensure that the event is properly and appropraitely staffed, ensure that the audio-visual elements are ordered correctly and are erected and installed effectively and efficiently and that the audio-visual equipment is manned by trained personnel during the event itself.

We will ensure that dining and refreshments for your event are arranged and managed correctly either by the chosen venue or by outsourced suppliers and where banquets or similar are arranged, we will discuss with you the type of dining required and if you would look to hiring a Celebrity Chef for the event (subject to agreement by the Resident Chef of the chosen venue).

We will discuss with you the people you wish to invite to your events, VIPs, Celebrities, etc., and we can arrange for them to attend.

At the events themselves, we will be in continual attendance - but discreet, to make sure that evrything - without exception, is monitored and managed to the very highest standard, irrespective of the budget agreed.

GloRec-Conferences will also 'host' events themselves. We are currently running "The Recovery Series" of one-day conferences that are looking at the recent recession, how it has affected various sectors, what has been learnt by the recession and how can those sectors be made ready and prepared for any future recession. Each of these conferences end with a celebrity giving their take on the economic downturn, their individual success and some light entertainment thrown in at the same time.
