GloRec-Framework was developed to allow the business of the company to operate in all parts of the Globe but by keeping our costs and overheads at a minimum. The result is that we have developed close and vetted associations with similar sized Recruiters in ten different locations, including the Far East, United States, Scandinavia, South Africa, Lesotho, Europe, India, Australia, Ireland, Canada and Dubai. By achieving this, we have been able to complete assignments in those parts of the world, sourcing candidates from any part of the world, but also to utilise the expertise of the ‘framework’ recruiters who are located in or nearby to those assignments. those recruiters also use us as part of the ‘framework’ if they are holding international assignments so that we can source UK or West European data, candidates or clients.
Our Recruitment Fees & Terms of Business are fairly transparent. they are also fairly innovative by the fact that each assignment, irrespective of whether it is designed as a Headhunt or a straight forward 'pay-on-success' basis is charged to each client in exactly the same way. Every client pays a very small, non-returnable retainer, the major majority of the fee is then paid, along with the pre-agreed expenses incurred and VAT where applicable, at the end of the assignment, when the successful candidate accepts the offer of employment in writing.
